Why Chennai College of arts and Science
Chennai College of arts and Science was established in the year 2020 by T.J.Educational Trust. The College is Recognized by Government of Tamilnadu and affiliated to University of Madras.
The TJ Educational Trust was founded in 2001 with the aim of establishing institutions of global standards in various branches of Engineering and Technology, Management, Computer Applications and also Arts, Commerce and science etc.
There has been a clamour from the industry, for centres of learning that impart the latest developments in the fields of Science and Technology.
On the other hand, students and parents have also actively felt the need for institutions that cater to their requirement of preparing them to assume responsible positions in large and well-known organisations. Till recent times, it was believed that such education was beyond the reach of the common man and was the sole preserve of the privileged few.
The TJ Educational Trust has taken into account these strongly felt needs and has established colleges that endeavour to satisfy these demands. The Colleges floated by the Trust encompass the latest technologies and also include the requisite facilities for students to acquire the current developmental trends.
Spread over a vast area, the colleges have been built with a view to provide students the perfect environment to pursue their education comfortably. The campus with well-built class rooms, fully equipped laboratories, workshops, modern computer centre and a well-stocked library can be compared to the best available elsewhere. The landscaping has been elaborately planned in the manner of foreign universities. In keeping with the management’s environment policy, trees have been planted to add to the beauty of the campus
As the courses are being constantly added on, the infrastructural facilities are also being updated. It is the endeavour of the colleges to give the students ample opportunity to widen their horizons in every activity. The management encourage students to interact with them in their overall development. This extends not only to academic matters but to issues regarding their careers and personal matters as well.
